Time for the next NEMO Webinar!

Spring is finally arriving to most parts of Europe and we are as excited about the promise of sun as with the upcoming NEMO activities. Today, the registration for the eleventh NEMO Webinar opens. On 16 May 15:00 CEST Michèle Taylor will explore the topic of social inclusion and museums when facilitating the webinar "Museums for All? Going beyond ramps and toilets to embrace access and inclusion for Deaf and disabled people." Register for free through this form before 13 May.

In case you would need a break from the sun, most of the previous webinars can be re-watched on YouTube. Access the NEMO YouTube-channel here.

NEMO is reminiscing about the last NEMO Learning Exchange, which took place from 8-9 March in Madrid, Spain. The Spanish Association of Cultural Heritage Managers (AEGPC) hosted the capacity building activity, which focused on social impact initiatives in Spanish museums. Read about the Learning Exchange and learn more about the excellent speakers here.

From 22-23 May NEMO will be in Dijon, France, where we are co-organising the conference Cherishing our Cultural Heritage with ICOM France and ICOMOS France in course of the European Year of Cultural Heritage. The conference is free of charge and the general public is welcome to attend - if you are interested in working with volunteers and want to know how to get your communities involved in your work - come join us in Dijon! Read more about the topic and how to register on NEMO's website.

Sunny wishes,

the NEMO office
