Call for Proposals: International Fund for the Promotion of Culture

Artists, creators, NGOs, public or non-profit private bodies can apply for support from the fund until 31 May 2016.

The International Fund for the promotion of culture aims to promote culture as a source of knowledge, meanings, values and identity. It wants to support the role of culture for a sustainable development and artistic creativity in all its forms, while respecting freedom of expression. The fund is intended to enable international and regional cultural cooperation. The Fund is part of UNESCO's funding structure and can be a complimentary source to other UNESCO funds.

First and foremost, it is the goal to support the production of artistic and creative works, as well as cultural events fostering cultural and societal developments. Especially young creators between 18 and 30 years of age are eligible to submit their application until 31 May 2016.
