NEMO has responded to the Open Public Consultation on Europeana by the European Commission and shares its responses for orientation.
As NEMO reported, the public consultation by the European Commission is open until 14 January 2018 and aims to collect opinions, experiences and expectations with/of Europeana and the various aspects of the platform.
NEMO has responded to the public consultation on the matters of relevance, effectiveness, the Europeana network and the EU added value, as well as submitted questions for the continued development.
While NEMO is not a data partner of Europeana, the given answers may serve as an orientation for all those willing to submit their opinion as well.
The consultation is open for organisations and members of the public with a personal or professional interest in digital cultural heritage or Europeana in particular.
