Drawing from his 40-year career as juror of different museum prizes and awards at European level and from the findings disclosed in his most recent book The great revolution of European museums, Massimo Negri will take you on a virtual tour to discover innovative practices, new trends and challenges that contemporary museums are facing.

Massimo Negri is Director of the European Museum Academy, Professor of Museography of Industrial Heritage at the University of Padua, founder and director of the Master in European Museology at the IULM University of Milan, member of the Steering Committee of the Museo del Duomo in Milan and consultant to the International Foundation Forum of Slavic Culture. As museum consultant and museologist, he has developed the concept of several new museums and collaborated in the creation of museums and exhibitions.
As member of the Jury of the European Museum of the Year Award and of the Micheletti Award, over the years he has visited and assessed hundreds of newly established and innovative museums and gained a vast knowledge of the museum scene at European level.
