Happy Holidays and a happy New Year from NEMO!

NEMO looks back at a very successful 2017 and thanks all its members for contributing to the network and its accomplishments!

We are happy to look forward to a new year of many NEMO activities and actions in the European cultural sector. Particularly with the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 (EYCH), the stage is set for a focus on the European history and values to strengthen a sense of European identity, encourage discovery and exploration and draw attention to the challenges of cultural heritage and its sector. NEMO is part of the European Commission's stakeholder committee for the EYCH and actively involved in shaping the year.

We are also able to award the EYCH 2018 label to cross-border museum-related projects and initatives! If you are interested in receiving the label, please find further information here.

In the first months of 2018, NEMO will offer a free Webinar on 29 January 2018 and for its members also a NEMO Learning Exchange will be hosted by the Spanish Association of Cultural Heritage Managers from 8-9 March 2018! We are looking forward to your registrations and applications!

Best wishes for the winter break and happy reading,
