The classic way: Workbooks

The classic way of running a self-evaluation process is by making use of the MOI workbooks. You do not need any other tools for this process apart from the workbook files for each module you have chosen to focus on.

Each module has its own workbook. These are in editable PDF format, which means that you can record both the discussions and the scaling in these workbooks and save them for future use.

The workbooks can be used flexibly: there is no need to evaluate every statement or even every theme in the module if they are not relevant or applicable to your museum. The workbooks themselves will also provide you with guidance on how to use them. Detailed guidance can be found in the Guidelines for facilitators document.
