Political internships
NEMO organises Political Internships in Museums to provide EU policymakers with deeper insight into museum work. We want to highlight for politicians the imperative value that museums contribute to society.
The internship in short
- Politicians are introduced to different areas of the museums’ work.
- Each internship is tailored according to the politician’s field and interest.
- Hands on teamwork is the basis: handling objects, sending them on loan, guiding school children.
