Organised by ENCATC with support from NEMO for the fourth time, this year’s Academy focuses on sustainability through the triple transformation: green, social, and digital. The programme combines lectures, workshops, study visits, and networking forums, offering practical tools and expert guidance to help cultural professionals implement sustainable practices and position their organisations as future-ready leaders. Key themes include:
- Sustainable management practices: Implementing green, innovative strategies at the organisational level
- Policy advocacy and development: Integrating sustainability into cultural policy frameworks
- Digital and green synergies: Leveraging digital technologies for sustainable innovation
- Climate action through culture: Promoting global environmental awareness through the cultural sector
Practical information:
- 10 NEMO members will be selected to participate free of charge and receive a travel grant (up to €800 according to NEMO’s grant scheme).

- Non-members can purchase tickets (€200 full price; discounted €140 for NEMO affiliates; daily passes €75, excluding booking fee).

ENCATC is the European network on cultural management and policy and represents, advocates, and promotes cultural management and cultural policy education, professionalises the cultural sector to make it sustainable, and creates a platform for discussion and exchange at European and international level.
