Forum: Museum Leadership and Management

The Forum will address the importance and challenges of museum management and leadership. Itwill address the issue of an independent museum law, financial stability and development of museums, sustainability, climate change, etc. The special guest will be Lizzy Moriarty, a member of the project team for the two-year Leadership in Museums project.
