The project that is headed by the University Szczecin aims to grow a network of tourism organisations that will continue the joint development of offers for visitors beyond the project.
With the applications and offers that will be created the project partners want to make cultural institutions more accessible to international audiences and also dock on to the gamification.
Furthermore, so-called hackathons, programming events for future users, IT-experts and creatives to develop specific applications in a close time-frame, will be held at the different institutions. The project partners want to make their results, conceptional work and knowledge gained accessible to non-partners through an online-platform.
The programme is financed by Interreg Southern Baltic and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and includes the following institutions: University of Szczecin (PL), Stralsund University of Applied Sciences (DE), National Marine Fisheries Research Institute (PL), Lithuanian Sea Museum (LT), Malmö Museums (SE), NaturBornholm (DK), Experyment Science Centre in Gdynia (PL), Foundation of Internet Industry Development "Netcamp" (PL), and Business Academy North gGmbH (DE).
