Opening: Archaeological Museum of the Larnaka District

The Archaeological Museum of the Larnaka District opened its doors to the public on the 16th February 2022 following the renovation of the building itself and the upgrading of the display of its permanent collection, according to a new Museological and Museographic design. Wing I is dedicated to the Prehistory and Proto-History of the Larnaka District (9th millennium BC – 12th c. BC) and Wing II displays exhibits dated between the 11th c BC −3rd c. AD.
