The selected mentees are based in Bulgaria, Greece, Norway and Romania. They have already been matched with their mentors and are in the process of scheduling online meetings. The participants are free to set their own goals of the mentoring, but the mentors are typically experts in museums education.
The participants of the first cycle of mentoring in 2022 were all very pleased with the opportunity and report that they felt empowered by talking to the experienced mentor and gained several new insights and ways of thinking.
The One to One Mentoring is exclusively offered to NEMO members thanks to a partnership with the Group for Education in Museums (GEM). The next call for applications will be published in beginning of 2023.
