The pilot project recognises creativity and the maker movement as contributors to today’s interconnected world. It is also stated that mobility is an ideal way to strengthen networks and to encourage innovation and co-creation among them. The pilot project’s objective is to help nurture this relationship further by defining and testing policies and actions supporting mobility and the exchange of experience between the cultural and creative industries, creative hubs, maker-spaces, fab-labs; formal and non-formal learning, and skills development systems in a cross-sectoral way.
The pilot project is intended as a first step towards developing a European Framework aimed at boosting the mobility of makers, as well as exchange of good practices.
Deadline to apply: 12 August 2019.
