Call for Proposals! Four Museum Professionals will be Invited to Talk at the IMP Conference

The NEMO partner Intangible Cultural Heritage & Museums Project (IMP) has released a call for proposals to find four speakers for their next conference. The International conference and Expert meeting on "Intangible Cultural Heritage, Museums and Urbanised Society" takes place from 25-26 September 2018 in the Swiss Alpine Museum in Berne, Switzerland.

IMP is looking for people who are willing to share their experiences with their colleagues at the "Intangible Cultural Heritage, Museums and Urbanised Society" conference. Especially experiences of how practitioners of intangible cultural heritage (ICH), museums and urbanised societies interact in the process of safeguarding ICH are sought after. Four museum professionals from The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, France and Belgium will be invited to give presentations during the conference. The role(s) museums can play in safeguarding ICH in urbanised contexts will be the main topic of the conference.
