On 11 April 2023, the Estonian Museum Card was launched giving card holders access to more than 100 museums all over the country.

The goal of the Museum Card is to gather Estonian museums, exhibitions and events under one ticket to make museum visits cheaper and more comfortable. The card costs 59 euro and grants free entry for one year to 119 museums and 500+ exhibitions. For eco-friendly purposes, no new plastic cards are issued. Rather, the card holder will present a QR-code on their phone or their personal identification document. NEMO member the Estonian Museums Association is part of launching the card.

In a press release, the director of the Museum Card, Kert Kask, is hopeful that museum visits to both well-known and less knows museums will increase. He refers to statistics of the museum cards of Finland and the Netherlands that show that the card owners visit museums four times more than before.
