Leading up to NEMO’s European Museum Conference 2019, the next free NEMO Webinar will also deal with museums and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). On 7 October 2019 at 14:00 CEST, Jasper Visser, Strategy consultant, facilitator, and social & cultural innovator, will discuss how museums can contribute to a more sustainable, safe, and equitable world. Registration is open until 3 October 2019.

It is time for museums to start acting for the planet and for sustainability. However with 17 SDGs and a total of 169 targets, it may be a tough choice where to start. And how can museums contribute to a more sustainable, safe, and equitable world? Jasper Visser, Museum of the Future and VISSCH+STAM, will introduce the participants of the NEMO Webinar to the topic and give them a better idea of where to start with the SDGs at their organizations.
