H&M - Heritage & Museums collaborates with KEPOL "Polis View" Foundation.

It is with great pleasure that in the spirit of the 18th of May, the International Museum Day, H&M, Heritage & Museums announces a new collaboration with KEPOL "Polis View" Foundation. The "Polis View" works on the creation of a "Children's Museum" in the emblematic area of Patras in North Peloponnese, a city and port well known from Greek and Roman antiquity for its treasures as well as a colony of Octavius Augustus in 14th BC. In modern time the bridge of Rion - Antirion unifying the Peloponnese with the mainland is the longest open space bridge in the World. The " Polis View" is supported as well by the Governor and the University of Patras by Prof. Emeritus Athanasios Bellas aiming to provide the public and youngsters with the use of New Technologies such as AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality). The project will use material from historical and archaeological sites and through technology they will be transformed into an experience combining the understanding of cultural heritage and entertainment.
