Publication on modern digital marketing of cultural institutions

Under the framework of the announcement by the UN, that the year 2021 has been declared as the International Year of Creative Economy for Sustainable Development, and by the "call for speakers" invitation to the Digital Collections Summit by the Institution Museums Next, H&M Heritage & Museums is presenting the research of its Communication officer, Maria-Electra Tsintou, conducted under its auspices and the support of the National University of Athens. The research was conducted during the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic. It aims to map the horizon of the modern digital marketing of cultural institutions internationally while evaluating the presence of Greek museums in the digital environment. Study cases include the Benaki Museum in Athens and the Quai d'Orsay in Paris.
