EESC President Luca Jahier will do a NEMO Internship at the Royal Museums of Turin

Luca Jahier, president of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), is confirmed as the next EU politician to take part in the initiative NEMO Political Internships in Museums. The Royal Museums of Turin, Italy, will welcome Luca to its staff on 24 May 2019.

Launched in 2018, the initiative NEMO Political Internships in Museums aims to give a greater understanding of museum work. The objective is to foster museum advocacy and to showcase museums’ social importance to politicians and other stakeholders.The internship lasts for half a day and politicians will either intern by themselves or together with their staff. Each internship is tailored according to the politician’s field and interest.
