The final part of the educational cycle focused on programs and cultural policies; especially on the development of the program, EU dimension, establishment of cooperation, budgeting and fundraising. The LAB for European Project Making is targeted towards cultural workers who wish to strengthen their management skills in implementing large-scale projects.
