The transdisciplinary nature of the New European Bauhaus initiative means that it is supported by several EU funding programmes with complementary scopes. The funding opportunities are based on the type of impact the project envisions and are organised under three different categories:
- The transformation of the built environment and associated lifestyles at the local level.
- Innovation encouraging the integration of sustainability, inclusion, and aesthetics in new solutions and products.
- Facilitating a process of questioning our perspectives and mindset around the values of aesthetics, sustainability and inclusion.
