Participate in new Mobility Scheme for Cultural Professionals in Europe

i-Portunus is a pilot mobility scheme for European artists and cultural professionals. NEMO was part of the initial operational study interviews that led to the launch of the trial scheme to voice the needs of museums in such a scheme. Between April and September 2019, 350-500 short term mobilities will be supported. The first call for applications is already out.

People active in the fields of performing arts and visual art and residing in a Creative Europe country are welcome to apply to the first call for applications. Deadline is on 15 May 2019. Find out more about the requirements and how to apply here.

Two more calls for applications will be issued between April and September 2019. The mobilities must have a specific and well-defined objective, such as to develop an international collaboration, to engage in a production-oriented residency or in professional development, to present work in another country or to develop projects with local communities in the destination country. Learn more about the project on the mobility schemes website.

The initiative is selected and funded by the Creative Europe Programme and managed by a consortium headed by the Goethe-Institut with Institut français, Izolyatsia and Nida Art Colony of Vilnius Academy of Arts.
