Public Consultation on Europeana

The European Commission has launched an evaluation of the digital cultural heritage platform Europeana for organisations and members of the public with a personal or professional interest in digital cultural heritage or Europeana in particular.

The evaluation aims to collect opinions, experiences and expectations with/of Europeana and the various aspects of the platform.

The evaluation follows the <link http: www.consilium.europa.eu en press press-releases external-link-new-window external link in new>Council Conclusions of 31/5/2016 on the role of Europeana for the digital access, visibility and use of European cultural heritage and is carried out by the Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT) of the European Commission.
The consultation results will contribute to the evaluation of Europeana and will help direct its future development. They will be published shortly after the survey closes on <link https: ec.europa.eu digital-single-market consultations external-link-new-window external link in new>this website.
