ENCATC has published a helpful toolkit on social media for cultural managers.

The aim of the toolkit is to teach cultural managers the best usage of social media and to make social media less exhausting. The publication also deals with audience development and gives examples of how data can be processed to achieve an even greater understanding of a particular audience.
