Spring cycle of NEMO One to One Mentoring has kicked off

Five people active within NEMO member organisations have been selected to take part in the first round of NEMO’s new training offer One to One Mentoring. Running until June, the training scheme offers the participants individualised support in achieving their professional goals with the help of experienced colleagues.

The selected mentees are based in Norway, Germany, Greece and Romania. They have already been matched with their mentors and are in the process of scheduling online meetings. The participants are free to set their own goals of the mentoring, but the mentors are typically experts in museums education.

The One to One Mentoring is exclusively offered to NEMO members thanks to a partnership with the Group for Education in Museums (GEM). The next call for applications will be published in autumn 2022.
