The Special Rapporteur, Ms. Karima Bennoune, will compile the answers in a report that will be presented to the General Assembly. The report will investigate how actors from across the cultural ecosystem access and use public spaces. She will also identify the challenges they face and the strategies they develop to overcome them, and analyse the impact this has on their cultural rights.
