Young People like to Unwind at the Museum

The recent study "Calm and collected Museums and galleries: the UK’s untapped wellbeing resource?" finds that people under 30 like to de-stress by going to the museum.

The findings of the British study make the Art Fund charity to extend the UK National Art Pass to include people up to 30 years old. The study also concludes that museum and gallery visits contribute to a sense of wellbeing. Marie Briguglio, Professor at the University of Malta, will explore the relationship between museums and wellbeing further in the free NEMO Webinar “Museums, Markets and Eudaimonia” on 25 February at 15:00 CET.
