Museums during COVID-19

NEMO's report on COVID-19's impact on the museum sector analyses and documents a sector that, although it is experiencing financial setbacks, is agile and able to adapt to the new (digital) normal. As museums re-open, we will keep assisting our members and the museum community at large with information and updates on our new webpage dedicated to museums during COVID-19.

Since we cannot facilitate in-person trainings, we have increased our online offers. Register to our upcoming webinars:

In 2019, the NEMO Working Group LEM - the Learning Museum researched learning and objects. In the current situation, we can’t think of a timelier read than the report “Is Learning Better Without Objects? The Meaning of Learning in Museum Visitor Experiences”.

Happy reading (and learning),
the NEMO office
