Be part of the change

As we gear up to open registration for the NEMO European Museum Conference 'Who cares? Museums, wellbeing, and resilience', this June, we invite you to save the dates 26–28 October 2025, and sign up for a reminder. Join us in Horsens, Denmark, for meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and inspiring exchanges on the transformative role of museums in fostering mental health, wellbeing, and community resilience.

Meanwhile, we're thrilled to announce the 3rd edition of our online workshop series on museums and the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). This year, we’re placing a special focus on wellbeing, with expert guidance from Inga Surgunte (Latvian Academy of Culture), Henry McGhie (Curating Tomorrow), and José Luiz Pederzoli Jr. (ICCROM). Apply until 2 June for the chance to participate in the online training ‘Unlocking potential: Museums, the SDGs, and the path to wellbeing’.

Join us in shaping the future of museums by unlocking their potential to advance wellbeing and sustainable development!

Happy reading,
The NEMO Office
