Jasminko Halilović

Jasminko Halilović is the founder and director of the War Childhood Museum; the world's only museum focused exclusively on the experience of children affected by war that has been awarded Council of Europe 2018 Museum Prize.

He holds a master degree in financial management and he is the author / editor of several books that have been translated into six different languages. Halilovic is a regular keynote speaker at various museum, peacebuilding and entrepreneurship conferences, and a lecturer at leading universities in more than 10 countries.

He is a member of the Global Shapers Community established by the World Economic Forum and the One Young World Ambassador. In 2018, Halilovic became the first Bosnian to be selected for the prestigious Forbes "30 under 30" list.

He has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 16 and co-founded several companies. Halilovic is a passionate traveler and has visited more than 80 countries.
