Laura Norris is Service Manager at the Oodi Helsinki Central Library. Her specialties are collaboration and library management. She is interested in developing and creating a better user experience for customers and making libraries even better working places for staff.
She is into Lean leadership methods and Teal organisations and has practical experience in leading self-managing workplaces and teams.
