Newsletter 08/2017

In the summertime...

... a good read may be hard to find. NEMO is here to solve that issue with its August newsletter!

This issue contains recommended publications, information about EU level decisions, upcoming events throughout Europe and the latest developments for our 25th Annual Conference! Do not forget to register for Open Heart Surgery - The Value of Museum Collections here.

In September we will be in Riga for the Building a Museum conference, which NEMO organises in collaboration with the Creative Museum Think Tank.
Additionally, the NEMO International Seminar Museums Meet Museums, organised together with the National Network of Romanian Museums will be held in Bucharest, Romania. Among the speakers are Nina Simon (author of The Participatory Museum and The Art of Relevance, Executive Director at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History) and Michele Lanzinger (Chief Executive Director of the award-winning MUSE Science Museum in Trento, Italy).

If you are interested in joining either of these events, get in touch with us at
