Culture Action Europe conference outcomes "Beyond the Obvious" available

At Culture Action Europe's "Beyond the Obvious" 2017 conference cultural stakeholders, makers and operators reflected on "belonging" and "becoming" in the European (cultural) context. NEMO facilitated one of the discussion panels. A first summary is now available.
