NEMO delivered a keynote at ERIH conference in Ghent

On 7 October 2021, NEMO Secretary General gave a keynote speech on the impact of Covid-19 on museums in Europe and the long-term implications of the pandemic. ERIH, the European Route of Industrial Heritage, organised the conference, which took place in a hybrid format online and in Ghent, Belgium.

The 17th ERIH annual conference dealt with “Resilience” and explored how industrial heritage sites survived the Covid-19 pandemic and developed interesting and imaginative ideas for ongoing development in a post-pandemic world.
