Art on Prescription (AoP) links healthcare with structured arts and cultural activities to support people with psychosocial needs. This practice-based paper examines EMΣT’s participation in Greece’s national AoP pilot (2024–2026), drawing on its museum-based art psychotherapy practice. Mixed-method evaluation indicated increased confidence, reduced isolation, and stronger social connection, highlighting museums’ potential contribution to mental health.
