Blue Shield Hellas (BSH) was established in Athens, March 2020, and is a member of Blue Shield International founded by ICA, ICOM, IFLA ICOMOS in 1994 following UNESCO, Hague Convention in 1954.
BSH, supported by H&M - Heritage & Museums, aims to raise awareness, preserving world heritage that has been damaged or threatened by armed conflict or natural disasters. BHS is chaired by Dr Elena Korka.
