Revisit the conference

This monthly newsletter is arriving in your inbox a bit later than usual, but only because we wanted to share something exciting with you! Selected recordings from the NEMO European Museum Conference: Human after all – Museums in the wake of AI are now available. Head over to our conference webpage to (re-)watch an inspiring keynote on co-creating our AI future, discussions on psychological defence, explorations of how AI is transforming both everyday museum work and institutional leadership, and the Short Cuts session, which offers five-minute snapshots of AI in museum practice.

Another outcome of the conference is a statement from the NEMO Executive Board. Drawing on the conference discussions, it outlines recommendations for the ethical use of AI, the role of museums in AI policy, and the sector's resilience in the face of emerging digital threats.

Happy reading,
