Birgitte Kehler Holst

Birgitte Kehler Holst is currently leading the Green Museum Academy-project under the Danish Museum Association. The project aims to kickstart, facilitate, and support green transitioning of the Danish Museum sector through capacity building, network facilitation and mapping and communication of knowledge.

 

With a background in leadership and project management in complex and politically run organizations, Birgitte has more than 10 years of experience in translating strategies and visions into concrete actions and plans. For more than a decade Birgitte worked as a Contract Manager in the Danish Broadcasting Agency´s Facility Management department. She has also been working with sustainability and behavioral design within facilities management for many years. As a freelancer, Birgitte facilitates a national network for a large group of companies and municipalities within waste management.

At NEMO’s European Museum Conference 2024,  Birgitte Kehler Holst will moderate the session “Are we allowed to talk?” on Tuesday 12 November.
