Lea Pavlov is a Museum Educator at the Estonian Health Museum. She develops and teaches educational programmes on health, puberty, and sexuality, and contributes to the development of new exhibitions. Her work focuses on creating safe and engaging spaces where visitors can explore sensitive topics through dialogue, empathy, and critical thinking. She is particularly interested in how AI is changing the way people seek and make sense of information and what this means for the future role of museums as trusted, human-centred spaces.
