Leading AI Readiness: A Competency Framework for Museum Leadership
As AI transforms the cultural sector, museum leaders need more than technical knowledge, they need the skills to lead change responsibly and strategically. This session explores how an AI Competency Framework can support boards, policy makers and senior leaders to build confidence, strengthen governance, guide workforce development and align AI adoption with institutional values. By creating a shared language for leadership and skills, the framework helps museums develop the organisational readiness needed to navigate an AI-enabled future.
