With up to €29,800 available per project, the call will fund 20 initiatives that promote engagement and collaboration with the ECCCH. The focus is on skills development, capacity building, and expanding the ECCCH community - especially among small and medium-sized Cultural Heritage Institutions (CHIs).
This is a particularly relevant opportunity for networks and umbrella organisations, which are well-positioned to reach a wide geographical spread and mobilise diverse CHIs. Projects may include:
- Digital or in-person workshops, webinars, and online courses
- Training materials (toolkits, manuals, guidelines)
- Info events on ECCCH benefits
- Sector surveys
- Help desks offering tailored support
- Creative formats like hackathons, co-design, or co-creation sessions
Key dates
- Guide for Applicants published: 30 September 2025
- Submission portal opens: 11 November 2025
- Submission deadline: 30 January 2026 at 23:59 CET
Got any questions?
Not only are we happy to help, but we also invite you to check out the recording of the Info Day event that took place on 6 November. As one of the project partners, NEMO introduced the call and shared insights into how it is beneficial for museums, the application process, and how to get involved.
