Selected participants of this NEMO Training can expect a practice-oriented online training that combines expert-led input with practical and collaborative exercises, supporting them in navigating change, shaping digital strategies, and developing new approaches to working with data, audiences, and participation.
Over the three workshop sessions, participants will explore:
- How digital transformation is reshaping museums and professional roles
- The skills and competences needed to manage change and drive innovation
- Data strategy and CRM as tools for building meaningful audience relationships
- Digital engagement, co-design, and participatory practices in the museum context
The sessions will be facilitated by Federico Borreani, Head of Strategy & Consultancy at BAM!, and Martino Catalani, Strategy & Consultancy at BAM!.
