The call will be open from 1 October to 1 November 2026 and is targeted towards established organisations in countries neighbouring the Nordic region, including cultural organisations, institutions, festivals, producers, promoters, as well as embassies and diplomatic missions working in partnership with arts and culture stakeholders. Eligible countries primarily include Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland and the United Kingdom.

Selected projects will be announced in May 2027.
