Contribute to questionnaire on using AI digital tools

NEMO’s partner organisations the Balkan Museum Network invites feedback to a SHIFT questionnaire, which will help shape strategies that support greater accessibility, audience engagement, and financial sustainability for heritage institutions. Submissions are open until 31 March.

The questionnaire aims is to collect data on potential markets, customer profiles, and monetisation models for digital services and content. The insights gathered will benefit European GLAM institutions, by informing strategies to increase access while ensuring sustainable revenue models.

The Horizon Europe funded SHIFT project (Metamorphosis of Cultural Heritage Into Augmented Hypermedia Assets for Enhanced Accessibility and Inclusion) aims to revolutionise the way cultural heritage is accessed, preserved, and monetised. By leveraging artificial intelligence, SHIFT tools offer new possibilities for museums, galleries, libraries, and archives (GLAM institutions) to enhance visitor experiences, digitise collections, and explore sustainable revenue models.
