Museum Without Borders

The Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum is committed to making its collection, permanent and temporary exhibitions, programs, and services accessible to all audiences. It included interactive and tactile display, audio recording in several languages, captions in Braille, and sign language translation provide detailed information about each exhibit. Measures have been taken to make the museum accessible for visitors in wheelchairs. Moreover, the museum's Traditional Technologies Department and the Children's Department conduct masterclasses for disabled people. These activities will be continued by the museum to ensure equality for people with disabilities in the social and cultural environment and provide them with psychological and moral support, and organizes interesting events in this direction.
