NEMO discussed museums digital developments and reactiveness during the pandemic

On 30 October 2020, NEMO's Secretary General Julia Pagel joined a symposium organised by the German Museums Association. The Fachtagung Sicher, kreativ, vorbereitet? Die nächste Krise kommt bestimmt, focused on the effects that the Covid-19 pandemic has had on the museum sector so far and on future possible outcomes.

Julia Pagel joined an online panel that discussed the agility, creativity and reactiveness of the digital museum landscape. Pagel gave an overview of NEMO’s report on Covid-19’s impact on the museum sector and put an extra focus on what might remain form the digital wave that museums have experienced during the pandemic.
