During the two-day meeting, members of the Board began shaping a new policy response to the growing political and financial pressures faced by museums across Europe. Recognising the urgent need to support resilience within the sector, this initiative marks a key step in NEMO’s ongoing advocacy work.
The meeting also included final preparations for the upcoming NEMO European Museum Conference 'Who cares? Museums, wellbeing, and resilience', taking place from 26–28 October in Horsens, Denmark. The conference will explore how museums can foster wellbeing, strengthen resilience, and respond to emerging societal challenges.
