NEMO joined an ICCROM workshop on strategic foresight in Rome

On 16 October 2025, NEMO had the pleasure to join the ICCROM workshop ‘Anticipating Change’, held in Rome, Italy. The workshop brought together key national and international heritage stakeholders to explore innovative approaches to long-term strategy development in the cultural heritage sector.

NEMO, represented by Secretary General Julia Pagel and board member Sandro Debono, was invited to the ICCROM workshop to be part of reflecting on how foresight methodologies can support heritage organisations in anticipating future challenges and opportunities, thereby strengthening strategic planning at national, European, and international levels.
