Her presentation offered insights into the evolving role of heritage and the active engagement required to address contemporary challenges.
The conference tackled changes facing the museum sector, the future of work and future generations, artificial intelligence as part of working life, working life myths in the museum sector and wellbeing in working communities. It touched upon pressing questions, such as: What does the future hold for museum professionals? Which skills will be essential, and how can existing strengths prepare the sector for future challenges? Themes such as demographic changes, technological opportunities, and fostering a positive working life provided a forward-looking framework for the discussions.
