Human-centred in a digital age
As AI increasingly influences how museums operate and engage with audiences, and as digital vulnerabilities and cybersecurity threats grow, the conference invites participants to reflect on what remains essential: people, trust and cultural stewardship.
Over three days, museum professionals and experts from across Europe and beyond will come together to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore how museums can not only respond to ongoing change but be part of shaping it. The programme combines strategic reflection with practical insights, offering space for dialogue, learning and connection in a rapidly evolving environment.
